Cancellation Policy

At Harry's Drive School, we understand that from time to time students may need to cancel a lesson. At these times we, as a business, need to be able to book another lesson during the scheduled time slot. For any cancellations, students must advise the instructor at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, so that the instructor has enough time to book a replacement lesson. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the lost time, or the corresponding deduction for package lessons.

If no cancellation notice is given and an instructor arrives at the pick-up location, a 100% cancellation fee may be required for the loss of time and travel costs incurred. Exceptions may apply under some circumstances.

Please note that discounts are offered as a bulk discount for up-front payment. If a Discount Package is cancelled before completion of the delegated hours then the previously completed lessons will be charged at the full price plus admin fees applicable and the remainder will be refunded. For example, if a 5 class package is cancelled after 2 classes then the full price of the class + admin fees of $25.00 will be charged and rest will be refunded within 2 weeks by cheque only.
